A full set of automatic steel drum production line produced by us exported to UAE has been put into production successfully in March, 2015.
Dubai is an international metropolis and the largest and most populous city in United Arab Emirates. It is also the economic and financial center of the Middle East and also the important trading hub. This project will help to speed up the pace to the Middle East markets.
The set of automatic production line can produce international standard internal、external tight-head drum and open-top drum which includes First section Uncoiling Flattening Stagger Blanking Line、Automatic Double Locking Line、Automatic Seam Welding Machine、Mid section and last section equipment. We provide customers with the most reasonable process design, a full range of products, customer acceptance before delivery, training in customers’ jobsite and etc. the complete set of turnkey project.
At the beginning of the program design, considering the lack of water resources factor, our technical personnel adopt no-water washing process, sheet cleaning machine and automatic drum wiping machine and adopt drum top and bottom ends not falling to the ground production technology. Top and bottom ends after uncoiling flattening and stagger blanking will go into Double Locking Line automatically (consisting of Top End Stepping Feeding Machine, Closure Stepping Feeding Machine and locking system). Top and bottom ends will go into Pre-curling and gluing machine automatically by Turnover machine after double locking and finally off line. This design reduces the labor intensity and avoids the risk of manual operation and adopts top and bottom ends not falling to the ground mode of production which greatly improve the degree of automation of production line.
The smooth production of this line can not be separated with all the installation and adjusting personnel. They overcome language, eating and weather differences and working hard in foreign country and establish deep friendship with workers there. They repeatedly give them training and teach them maintenance method. They gave up the chance of staying at their warm homes with their family in Spring Festival and spent their new year of Sheep in Dubai. Under the conflict of clients’ interests and own interests, they sacrifice their own interests, the whole Amex are deeply moved by their dedication.
